Meet the Author
Monica Carnesi, author of Little Dog Lost: The True Story of a Brave Dog Named Baltic, will read and sign the children’s book, and talk about the amazing true story of how a ship’s crew saved a little dog adrift on a sheet of ice and heading for open sea.
Animal Friends of Lansdowne Member meetings
Usually the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm in Lansdowne Borough Hall (2nd Floor)

June 11th 2011 (Saturday)- Annual AFL Doggie Spa Day Fundraiser was a great success! Check out the photos.
Mark your calendars for June 9, 2012: we plan to make this an annual event every year on the 2nd Saturday of June (location TBD)
We'll have dog washers and groomers to make your pooch gorgeous again.
And dog owners, we're ready to pamper you, too! We'll have an array of food and drink options for sustenance. We'll also have chair massage with a certified therapist to help relax those tired dog-walking muscles!
All proceeds go to Animal Friends of Lansdowne to help animals in need in the Lansdowne community. Please come and help make this event a huge success!
